By creating an account or using Mar.IA services (accessible at bruxamaria.com), you ("User", "you") fully accept these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

Mar.IA is a web application that offers:

✦Tarot and Lenormand readings
✦Astral chart calculation and interpretation
✦Directory of oracle professionals (oraculistas)

Important: Mar.IA services are orientative, reflective and for entertainment purposes. They do not replace professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Requirements

✦Valid email and accurate information
✦Responsibility for password confidentiality

3.2 User Responsibilities

✦Keep login credentials secure
✦Immediately report suspected unauthorized access
✦Do not share account with third parties
✦Do not use the platform for unlawful purposes

3.3 Suspension or Cancellation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

✦Engage in fraudulent activities
✦Abuse the system or attempt to circumvent technical limitations

4. Plans and Payments

✦Pro: 50 readings/month + PDF export + full history

4.2 Payments

✦Processed via Stripe
✦Amounts in EUR or BRL depending on location
✦Automatic renewal where applicable
✦Cancellation at any time via profile

4.3 Refunds

✦We do not offer refunds for subscriptions already started
✦Cancellation prevents future renewal but maintains access until end of paid period

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Platform Content

✦All visual elements (illustrations, Tarot deck, Lenormand deck, interface, "Bruxa Maria" avatar) are the exclusive property of Mar.IA
✦Protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws

5.2 Permitted Use

✦Personal, non-commercial viewing
✦PDF export of your readings for personal use

5.3 Prohibited Use

✦Reproduction, distribution or modification of deck images
✦Reverse engineering of the platform
✦Automated scraping of content
✦Resale or redistribution of generated readings or interpretations

5.4 User-Generated Content

✦You retain rights over dream texts and questions you enter
✦By using the platform, you grant us a licence to process that content to provide the service
✦We do not share, sell or use your data for other purposes

6. Use of Artificial Intelligence

6.1 Technology

✦We use Anthropic's API (Claude) to generate interpretations
✦Responses are automatically generated based on structured esoteric knowledge, user-provided context and astrological profile (where applicable)

6.2 Limitations

✦AI may produce inaccurate, incomplete or inapplicable responses
✦Interpretations should not be treated as absolute truths
✦Mar.IA is not responsible for decisions made based on readings

7. Disclaimer of Liability

7.1 Nature of Service

This is a symbolic guidance and personal reflection service. It does not offer medical, psychiatric or psychological diagnoses, nor legal or financial advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mar.IA is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from use of the platform. The service is provided "as-is".

11. Oracle Reader Directory

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Jurisdiction: Guimarães, Portugal. Brazilian consumer rights guaranteed by the CDC (Law 8.078/90).

13. Changes to Terms
